Beautiful necklace and packaging was a nice surprise! Well done

Item arrived in a nice gift box, but I ordered a charm that was not packaged in the gift box. I had to open the package in order to include the charm. When opening it, the spine of the gift box came loose as the glue did not hold or could have been old. I had to re-glue the spine in order to look presentable for gift giving.
