Just giving the quality a 4 since I had it on less than an hour, and the chain just snapped sending my charms everywhere! Other than that the shipping was fast! And I got everything that I ordered! It’s a beautiful piece! I just wish it would have help up better! BUT their customer service is top tier! They’re sending a replacement for the chain and missing letter charm! 10/10 Would recommend to anyone! 🩷
