The item is not sterling silver and is plated with copper. My mother’s neck turned green, twice. I communicated with the seller and she basically called me a liar and that it’s a chemical reaction with something my mother wears (lotion, perfume, etc) that’s why we tested it twice to get the SAME result. Didn’t offer anything but “if there’s anything else I can help you with, let me know” no refund, no partial refund, no “send it back and try something else” Nothing. Complete trash.
